This week, you may notice your plan manager is questioning some items you've purchased in the past. This is completely normal and a good sign—they're doing their job by ensuring you receive accurate information while protecting both themselves and you from potential NDIS fines.
It’s often simple to respond to a few questions or obtain written justification from your therapy team, nurse, or doctor. Your support coordinator is also available to assist you.
